Systems Administrator - 3

Job Overview:

The systems administrator will support the development and maintenance of a reference data analysis architecture. The primary role will be to support the DevOps lead and support automation, installation debugging and architecture software upgrades. Candidate must be independently motivated to solve problems but work well within a team environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Configure, monitor, maintain and troubleshoot RHEL 7/8 systems

- Experience with managing RedHat OpenStack Platform (OSP)

- Experience with implementing patches, scanning, remediating finding and auditing

- Experience maintaining Puppet controlled system

- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) deployments utilizing Ansible automation.

- Experience with working in a feedback driven DevSecOps team

- Work to be performed on site

Knowledge, Skills and Ability:

DoD 8570.01M IAT 3 Red Hat Certifitied SA Puppet

SIMP/Sicura Red Hat Identity Mgmt Cisco switch configurations

Active TS DevSecOps NIST / STIG cyber security

Experience: 5 years minimum

Education: BS Computer Science, IT ; relevant experience acceptable as substitute

Certifications: Security +, Red Hat Certified Systems Admin (RHCSA)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $125,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
