The ChristianaCare Population Health IT team is actively recruiting for a committed, enthusiastic Systems Analyst, who is a team player, with a focus on customer satisfaction. The analyst will be responsible for delivering population health IT related services to various business stakeholders through the design, implementation and troubleshooting of Population Health portfolio of systems. This position will ensure quality, security compliance, and regulatory compliance of all applicable technology components. This position can be hybrid or remote.

This position will provide IT on-call support.

Key Experience Needs:

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience in a discipline related to the assigned area.
• 4+ years of experience in the maintenance, design and implementation of Care Management and/or Electronic Medical Record applications.
• Data extract/report writing experience with Business Objects, SQL, Advanced Excel, and Oracle tools preferred.
• Experience in the Population Health, ACO, CIN, or payer industry, specifically regarding standard payer file formats and data contained within them.
• Working knowledge of HL7 beneficial
• Experience in security audits, such as HITRUST and/or SOC2, preferred.
