Must have a current CNA/NAR/HCA license in good standing or willing to get license paid for by Fred Lind Manor. Must have current CPR/First Aid certification.

Current, unencumbered license to practice physical therapy specific to that state the employee is assigned to work by the Company.

Fine tune existing or develop new custom internal tools for application monitoring. Ability to understand code and to write your own for automation tasks.

Execute EHS training through the EHS training plan and develop/training material for online and interactive training opportunities.

During the program, TDPs will learn the operational aspects of Cement Operations to become a subject matter expert in their field.
