Hillcrest Health Services is looking for a Team Member Specialist to join our Hillcrest Caring Companions team as an expert in all things hiring/onboarding!
This position is responsible to work with Team Member Development/Services to recruit and hire quality team members while providing a positive and engaging onboarding experience for all to best prepare them for success within our senior care population.

• Call all qualified applicants to conduct phone interviews.
• Schedule and conduct face-to-face interviews with qualified candidates as determined through the phone screen.
• Work with Client Support Specialist to create and establish a thorough onboarding process for all new Team Members.
• Conduct a daily review of all incoming employment applications and identify qualified versus unqualified applicants in conjunction with Team Member Development.
• Responsible for achieving all KPI (Key Performance Indicator) goals related to the above as established by the service line.

• At least two years of experience in a Human Resources role is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
