Responsibilities:

• Assists customers with installation, operational, maintenance and or training related inquiries for products and applications
• Follows documentation and training materials to diagnose, resolve and escalate customers’ calls
• Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software, and systems failures using established procedures
• Develop and maintain positive customer relations while coordinating with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner
• Deliver world-class customer service in call center environment

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Strong telephone and communications skills
• Practical computer skills including use of MS Windows and MS Office
• Accurately type 25 words per minute
• Previous Technical Support experience a PLUS
• Associate degree from an accredited college or university preferred or one-year of related experience with general high school education acceptable
• All candidates MUST live in Tucson, AZ.
