Ascent Pro Support is seeking a Technical Solutions Trainer to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be a confident public speaker that is comfortable with on-site, and virtual, instructor led training. The selected applicant will provide training for the event management platform, REACH. This is a dispatching software for commercial fleets, dealers, and call centers throughout the US and Canada. Travel is required up to 50%. The selected applicant will also provide technical support via telephone and email, participate in User Acceptance Testing, and other duties, as assigned. Ascent Pro Support is authorized to hire in the following states: Arkansas, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, or Wisconsin.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Providing on-site, and virtual, instructor led training for each new REACH customer.
• Providing refresher training for existing REACH customers.
• Providing REACH demonstrations for potential customers.
• Providing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all REACH upgrades and useability enhancements, including major and minor releases.
• Documenting changes to REACH, including acquiring new screenshots and writing summaries for training documentation.
• Providing technical support for questions or issues created via email or phone.
• Attending REACH‐specific meetings to document changes and agreements.
• Collaborating with Corporate resources and REACH product owners for planning and training larger customers, often with multiple locations.
• Providing “Hypercare” for customers after their REACH training and deployment, consisting of rapid response time and after-hour support.
• Monitoring customer usage for 30 days, post install, to evaluate new customer engagement.

Requirements:

• Experience conducting training.
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, problem‐solving, time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and curriculum development software.
• Able to work in a fast‐paced, deadline‐oriented environment.
• Able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Able to collaborate in a team environment to complete required projects on time.
• Able to gracefully receive feedback.

Pay range is $55,000/yr to $57,200/yr.

Training for this position will be conducted remotely. Flexibility is a must: able to work from home, travel to fleet and dealer locations throughout the U.S. and Canada, and occasionally meet at offices in Muscatine, IA.
