CFCU Community Credit Union is seeking a Temporary Assistant to assist the AutoConnection Department in data entry, communications with dealers, file maintenance and other administrative duties. The successful candidate will work out of a CFCU location in Ithaca, NY.

& Responsibilities:

• Process contracts sent by dealers to verify that all information is obtained and reviewed for accuracy.
• Follow up on missing documentation from dealer packages.
• Review closed loans for accuracy.
• Prepare loan, GAP, Debt Protection, MRC, autopay and other required documents after loan disbursal.
• Archive loan documents after loan disbursal.
• Various data entry tasks.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• High School or equivalent education.
• One to three years of similar or related experience.
• Basic computer proficiency: ability to use windows software, scanner, email, fax, and copy machine.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
• Must have attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Pay:

$16.50 - $19.79 an hour
