Premier Title Group, LLC is a title insurance/escrow/real estate closing business.

We are seeking a full time Title Examiner/Abstractor. Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. 10 paid holidays off per year along with 10 personal days off per year. No healthcare or retirement.

Customer service skills are a must. Job duties include traveling in a company car to surrounding County Courthouses and examining titles, searching real estate records, liens and encumbrances. Compile lists of Mortgages, contracts, and other instruments pertaining to titles by searching public and private records. Examine deeds, deeds of trust, liens, judgments, easements, and plat maps to determine ownership, encumbrances, and to verify legal descriptions of property. Prepare property reports and title commitments. Answering phones, typing, filing, and other basic office skills as needed. Must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, a clean criminal record, and be able to obtain a title insurance license through the Missouri Department of Insurance. Must pass background/credit check.
