What you will be doing:

Provides training coordination and support services to a large and varied customer base. Job duties are dependent on the specific position but can include one or more of the following: course registration, proctoring, training materials production, records management, classroom and facility management, course coordination, training status reporting and training plan management.

Performance Shall Include:

o Provides resolutions to a diverse range of moderately complex problems where analysis of data requires evaluation of multiple factors.

o Contributes to the development of the organizations goals and objectives.

o Works under limited direction.

o Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

o Determines approach to solutions, plan schedule and arrange own activities in accomplishing objectives.

Educational Requirements:

o Position typically requires a high school diploma and a minimum of two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Requirements:

· At this level, additional training, certification, and/or education may be desirable.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $49,000.00 per year
