• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare reports on account status
• Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
• Solicit new carriers to join our carrier network
• Develop long-term relationships with shippers and carriers
• Build and manage existing carrier network to ensure we can meet the needs of shipping customers
• Continually work on improving customer service, transit times and transportation costs
• Coordinate logistics activity, including scheduling arrival dates and delivery appointments
• Track and trace orders for each load in our system and complete all load-related paperwork
• Actively participate in transportation bids for current and prospective clients
• Receive and handle inbound phone calls from truck drivers, dispatchers and customers regarding Rozafa Transportation Services Inc. shipments.
• Proactively reach out to carriers, drivers and customers in order to ensure timely pickup and delivery of shipments.
• Report issues via multiple modes of communication, chat, e-mail and phone calls.
• Tracking and tracing every live shipment
• Become an expert in LEE’s TMS and other technology that will assist in shipment tracking.
• Assist Carrier Sales and Customer Sales Reps in maintaining books of business through fantastic customer service and attention to detail.
• Update customer web portals to ensure communication and on time scores stay
• Providing customers with world-class customer service through updates and constant communication during the time of load booking to load delivery.
• Updating in house truck management software
• Utilize in house tracking systems to ensure quality updates
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
