A successful Healthcare Recruiter candidate will have the following skills and abilities:

· Independently source candidates to fill nursing and allied roles across the US

· Heavy cold calling- must be able to generate own leads but will also receive some leads.

· Work as a team with account managers and credentialing team to get the "traveler' onboarded and on their assignment.

· Effective communication and a positive attitude are a must. We pride ourselves in having a great culture and enjoying where you work.

· Daily tasks involve driving individual and team goals by enrolling in the commitment and buy-in of healthcare professions to take open jobs.

· The ability to understand, quickly react and motivate others to act in a changing environment is a critical key to success.

· Build & cultivate relationships for continued business.

· Extract and compile data to create competitive job offer(s).

Requirements of the Healthcare Recruiter:

· Excellent communication and conversationalist

· Strong decision-making ability

· Technology savvy

· Ability to work at a fast pace and be results oriented.

· Persuasive “selling” style.

· Collaborative approach

· Strong commitment to results

· Manages time appropriately.

· Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred but not required.

· Preferred minimum 2 to 5+ years proven successful sales experience in general healthcare services, medical device, etc. a plus·

· Strong formal & written communication

· Experience with CRMs, Adobe, Excel, Word a plus
