Key Areas of Focus: Day to Day, System Management, Reporting & Analytics, Individual Development
Day to Day:

• Facilitate security administration for the all employee needs.
• Assist in department configuration changes, testing, and implementation of new HR modules.
• Provide premier customer service to company employees for miscellaneous system help including but not limited to password resets.
• Develop and maintain user procedures, guidelines and documentation.
• Trouble shoot any system related issue that occurs with a sense of urgency to resolve.

System Management:

• Ongoing management and audit of employee data, documentation, and system settings.
• Help maintain data integrity in systems by running audit reports and analyzing data.
• Assist with benefits open enrollment process, if needed.
• Recommend processes, innovative solutions, and policy changes that create efficiencies and/or allow for informed business decisions.
• Facilitate Performance Management process annually.

Reporting and Analytics:

• Develop an efficient reporting environment that supports business needs and leverages technology.
• Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing business needs.
• Collaborate on the creation of dashboard tools to inform HR partners of the status of key metrics.

Individual Development:

• Maintain awareness of current trends in HR Systems with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support.
• Examine trends in information systems training, materials and techniques.
• Continuously increase both HR knowledge and HRIS application/tools knowledge.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR system support, administration and integration.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience providing end-user support for HR system applications in a networked environment.
• Possess solid knowledge of Human Resources functions, automated workflow processes, payroll administration functions, benefits administration, compensation planning tools and talent management strongly preferred.
• Experience with UltiPro and ADP recruitment management systems a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills including research techniques
• Large scale project management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive data.
• Experience leading cross functional teams toward a common goal.
