Cannabis Dispensary Security Specialist (unarmed)

MUST HAVE VALID ARIZONA GUARD CARD AND FACILITY AGENT CARD

Hourly Pay: $18

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Start Date: Immediate

Shifts:

* Fri/Sat 0700-1500 Sun/Mon 1500-2300

Requirements:

• AZDPS Guard Card (Valid)
• ADHS Facility Agent Card (Valid)
• 2 Years of Medium to High-Security experience
• Great communication skills
• General Computer and software experience: (Word, Office, and Excel)
• Radio, cell phone experience on cell phone tracking and communication platforms
• Report Writing Skills (Grammar and sentence structure)
• Reliable Transportation
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening test
• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check
• Must be Physically Fit and professionally groomed.
• You will be on your feet for long periods of time.

Scope of work: (Post Orders and Duties)

• Monitor CCTV (navigate) and be acclimated to CCTV-Video Surveillance Technology Platforms/Systems.
• Access Control: Verify Government IDs for entry
• Manage Access Logs in accordance with the Arizona Cannabis Regulations and Compliance.
• Robust Access Control (Badging Distribution, Activation and Verifications)
• Main Point of Contact for all Victors, Guests, Contractors and Government Agencies.
• Manage and be accountable for all incoming calls, via intercom and site cell phone.
• Streamline communication: (Dispatch) all communication to directed individuals.
• Hourly Perimeter Foot Patrols (using TRACKTIK) (RFID Scan Tags)

Preferred: (Not required)

• Prior Military Service with an Honorable Discharge and Clean (DD-214)
• Higher Education: (College)
• Cannabis Cultivation/Facility Experience

All customers and employees are required to wear masks. Post is cleaned daily. Sanitization specialists are brought in after any positive test.
