Education and licensing:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Series 7 required
Experience and Qualifications:
· Minimum 3 years of Administrative Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through on of the following work experience, training or education.
· Financial services industry experience
· Knowledge and understanding of brokerage and/or administrative support
· Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
· Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
· Experience supporting senior level leaders/executives
· Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) skills
Responsibilities:
· In this role you will need to work well in a team environment, be able to support our client servicing as well as the lead partners of the team.
· Enthusiastic, proactive, team player and is comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
· Manage daily calendars and coordination partners schedules to accomplish efficiency
· Provide communication with clients on a daily basis
Benefits:
· Expected base pay will be $75,000 plus bonus
· However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individual basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, and other Harbor Lights Financial Group’s benefits like, health benefits and retirement benefits.
