Spiral Solutions and Technologies, Inc. (Spiral) seeks a Web Development Support professional to provide website creation, custom application development, troubleshooting and website provisioning including:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, implementing, and orchestrating maintenance and troubleshooting for standard or custom-developed and/or configured web applications (including, but not limited to: web parts, portlets, gadgets, and widgets) on USSTRATCOM and other web portals including DoD 365 (DoD version of MS 365 or Office 365).
• Assist in managing, maintaining, and administering USSTRATCOM's unclassified and classified web portals.

Qualifications:

The Web Development Support professional shall possess at least three (3) years of demonstrated relevant experience with SharePoint development (on-premise and/or DoD365/Microsoft 365 cloud) and demonstrate the following:

• Ability to gather, analyze, document and validate requirements
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to work in a customer service role
• Ability to develop in on-premise MS SharePoint and cloud based SharePoint, such as DoD365 (MS365 or Office 365).
• Ability to work with complex data sources (Remedy, Oracle, SQL)
• Ability to work with business intelligence tools (Power BI)
• Ability to work with automation tools (Power Automate)

Responsibilities include:

• Build web services using a variety of web languages and database query techniques.
• Plan, coordinate, implement, and orchestrate maintenance and troubleshooting for custom-developed and/or configured web applications.
• Develop custom code and script to display or consume internal and external data.
• Build innovative dynamic visualization and metric displays of complex data sources.
• Provide business intelligence self-analytics support to customers by demonstrating the steps and procedures for ingesting their data into and manipulating their data within business intelligence capabilities including PowerBI.
• Research, interpret, analyze and evaluate code, application development practices, and applications to leverage capabilities with potential for efficiencies.
• Document/comment settings, permissions, code, and script to aid future maintenance and troubleshooting.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Management of Information Systems

Other Requirements:

• U.S. Citizen
• Must be able to undergo a background investigation to obtain and maintain a security clearance for the position selected

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
