Job Description

• Greet residents, staff, families, and guests with a smile
• Manage incoming calls, and direct calls accordingly
• Ensure office mail is delivered to correct recipients
• Learn and be knowledgeable in the survey process and best practices
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
• This position reports to the Administrator of Designee

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent follow through and follow up
• Personable and sense of humor
