• Oversee on-site and remote site administration to include daily operations, maintenance, troubleshooting and support of the NSWC’s Windchill System

• Support upgrades, enhancements and expansion of Windchill PLM capabilities and related PTC modules

• Drive the planning and management system updates (installations, patches, etc.) to keep the system compliance with the latest software releases and CAE security guidelines

• Participate in the planning, design, documentation, implementation and support of a complex PLM system

• Create activities and assign them to certain roles

• Define the workflow for each project

• Establish/set preferences for all internal users

What you bring to the table...

• BA/BS in an engineering discipline or computer science

• 8+ years of experience with a minimum of 5+ years in system administration

• Experience exporting and importing Windchill data

• A working knowledge of integration with enterprise production systems such as SAP or Oracle Applications

• Demonstrated experience customizing both utilities and Source Code to include business object customization, infrastructure customization, Windchill Task creation, etc

• Proficiency using existing “out-of-the-box” templates and using the Workflow Template Editor, customizing workflow processes

• You are well versed in use of the Windchill workflow process administration utility

• US Citizenship

• An active DoD SECRET clearance to start and be eligible for Top Secret
