JOB DESCRIPTION

. Apply your critical thinking , technical skills and knowledge to respond to service calls to diagnose the issue and quickly come to a resolution to ensure that our clients are pleased with your work

. Drive to customers, greet the customer, troubleshoot the problem at hand and repair the issue

. Ensure that all repairs are accurate and meet all safety and regulatory standards and codes

. Ongoing training and support

. Always satisfy the customer and provide great customer service
