Ciocca Dealerships is seeking an Accounting Manager to join our growing team. This position plays a significant role in all day-to-day financial functions of the dealership, and will work closely with the General Manager, all department managers, and the Corporate CFO. We are looking for an individual who has achieved success in producing timely, accurate financial reports in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $80,000-120,000/year, based on experience

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Generation of daily management reports
• Account reconciliation and maintenance of accounting schedules
• Hire, train, and supervise accounting staff

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

• A degree in accounting or related field
• Dealership accounting experience preferred, but not required
• CDK experience preferred, but not required
• Experience as a Controller or Accounting Manager
