Greets customers, ascertains nature of business and conducts customers to appropriate employees. Explains, promotes, or sell products or services such as new DDA, savings, Certificate of deposits, IRA, debit cards and electronic banking services. Enters new customer and account information into computer system.
Prepares new account information in accordance with bank policies and procedures. Ensures compliance related to BSA/AML. Completes all required training courses. Handles bookkeeping inquiries and performs research for customers. Balances cash drawer and cash vault.

Audits cash drawers. Assists in scheduling of staff. Open and closes office.
Responsibilities include training employees, planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
