Siren Song is a premier winery, restaurant, and event venue in Chelan. Our stunning vacation destination property is perched on the South Shore of Lake Chelan. As Assistant GM you’ll apply your hospitality, food, and beverage skills and work with talented peers and leadership. You’ll enjoy competitive pay and benefits in a fun and dynamic work environment.

In the role of Assistant General Manager, you are expected to work collaboratively with our General Manager, other property leaders, and ownership.

The Brass Tacks

· To be successful in this role, you should have significant work experience 3-5 years minimum in restaurant management operations. Previous winery related leadership roles a plus.

· Previous operational experience directly involved in private catering events.

· Ability to effectively communicate to internal and external customers.

· Strong organizational skills.

· Manage front of house equipment inventory.

· Design sales programs to drive sales.

· Manage printed menu collateral. Knowledge or Canva, Adobe a plus.

· Ability to lead specific projects and tasks as assigned.

· Leadership and training skills need to elevate the service experience.

· Mange assigned administrative tasks and responsibilities.

· Open & Close shifts as required.

· Manage weekly staff scheduling.

· Manage supply ordering and coordination of order with all departments.

· Manage candidate resume screening, interviewing, selection process.

· Provide all on-boarding and training in conjunction with shift leads.

· Manage all staff job performance coaching and counseling as required.

· MAST 12 certification/Food Handlers permit required.

· Master TouchBistro POS and TouchBistro Reservations.

· Attend regular management meetings.

· Work weekends.

Salary/Benefits

· Exempt Status Salary Range $58,500 - up DOE.

· Bonus potential based on meeting business metrics and sales goals.

· Paid Time Off (accrued time 1.167 days per month).
