One of the largest multinational concrete formwork companies is seeking a AutoCad Project Technician - Civil Engineerto provide technical support among internal sales teams and clients. We are looking for both entry level to senior level candidates with experience using AutoCAD to generate drawings and deliver material lists.

Job Type & Location

• Full time: Mon-Friday
• Office based and occasional field site visits
• Office location: Channahon, IL

Compensation and Benefits

• $50-80k base salary, depending on experience

Duties and Responsibilities

• Generates AutoCAD drawings for concrete formwork and shoring projects from proposal stages to project completion
• Works alongside sales team to provide best-fit solutions for the client
• Assists with quotes and pricing
• Ensures accuracy of the material list for each project
• Occasionally performs site visits and provides technical support and input

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience or education in civil engineering or formwork and shoring
• Experience using AutoCAD
• Civil engineering degree a plus but not required
• Thorough understanding of construction design plans and blueprints

Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Access, Excel, Outlook, and Word

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
