Sugar Bakery is a small bakery that makes baked goods from scratch and handcrafted espresso drinks.

We have a rare opening for a barista with a lot of experience in a high-volume coffee shop. You'll be serving coffee and pastries, heating things up on the grill, and doing dishes. There is no prep work involved and no baking.

You must have 1 year recent experience making coffee in a professional environment.

Shifts:

FT: Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat. Mornings plus one close.

PT: Fri, Sat, Sun. Mornings plus one close.

Pay:

$18/hr base + $13+/hr tips. Total Pay: $31+/hr

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of professional experience

• Experience with a manual espresso machine

• Good latte art skills

• Ability to work in a high-paced coffeeshop environment

• Friendly customer service

• Good knowledge of coffee

• Lives nearby preferred
