Greek Boys Choice Foods is a local 2nd Generation family-owned and operated company located in beautiful Tarpon Springs, FL. We are looking for a full-time, experienced accounting specialist responsible for Payroll, A/P, and Human Resources.

Position Purpose: Responsible for multiple accounting functions, including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, expensing payables, maintaining bank accounts, and verifying deposits. Reconciling General Ledger accounts and analyzing financial data. This position will involve onboarding new employees, yearly reviews, and all other Human Resources functions.

• Maintain account balances daily & reconcile bank accounts monthly
• Weekly payroll, including 941 tax payments & quarterly tax filings and payments
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and analyze financial data
• Assist with financial and regulatory audits
• Manage the accounts payable process, including check/payment generation
• New hire processing

Education/Experience: Associate’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience. 2+ years of accounting experience. Strong analytic skills preferred.
