• Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of a variety network and communications equipment and systems.
• Test repaired, newly installed or updated equipment including switching and network equipment to ensure that it functions properly and conforms to specifications.
• Use a variety of test equipment to isolate, identify, and analyze equipment trouble and take appropriate maintenance action.

We won’t leave you hangin’. You’ll have the support you need from other smart people to be a success. However, we do need some things from you:

• A passion for technology and a knack for troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills - you will be talking to our customers - and a desire to provide exceptional customer service.
• A strong craving to learn new technical skills and have fun doing it!
