Receive payments from customers, operate cash register and credit card machine and return appropriate change as needed. Answer retail phones and emails.

Answering all incoming calls and directed them to the correct personnel. Set appointments for potential clients to view apartments.

Publish technical reports, assist in development of work instructions, operator training material on special process procedures in the assigned technical area.
