Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.

Active support and participation in driving reliability initiatives through root cause analysis, idea generation and cost reduction.

This includes greeting customers in-office, answering phones, and responding to emails in a professional and timely manner. Must have excellent computer skills.

Work with Senior Branch Operations Manager to direct, develop, motivate, coach, and hire branch team members. Monitor all branch activities to ensure compliance
