CUSTOMER SERVICE Supervisor

The CSR Supervisor is responsible for providing guidance and instruction. This role oversees delegating work, progress towards goals set for the CSR team and coaching members as needed daily. This role reports to the Customer Service Manager and in the absence of the manager will handle day to day manager tasks along with any people issues.

Supervisor responsibilities are as follows:

· Organizing work for the team

· Delegating tasks

· Leading by example (being positive and not having an attitude when asked to do something)

· Problem Solving

· Reporting progress to the Customer Service Manager

· Coaching to improve team member skill sets

· Motivating team members to accomplish their goals

· Nurturing team members strengths and identifying areas for improvement

· Representing and advocating for team needs

· Answering questions from the team

· Ensuring the warehouse needs are prioritized so our customers get what they order

Perform CSR responsibilities which are:

· Respond promptly to customer inquiries.

· Communicating with customers through various channels (phone, email, chat, website)

· Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

· Knowing products so that you can answer questions.

· Processing orders, forms, and requests.

· Keeping records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.

· Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

· Ensuring customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

· Actively listens and works with customers to research and resolve a wide variety of issues.

· Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.

Requirements:

· Strong customer service skills.

· Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills.

· Solid problem-solving skills.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

· Positive attitude, desire to learn, and detail oriented.

· Experience with Sage 500 ERP a plus.

· Experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel).

· Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
