High school or equivalent (Preferred). Personal protective equipment provided or required. Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place.

Manage and maintain CEO's calendar including scheduling appointments, internal/external meetings, and conference calls. Answer and direct phone calls.

Manage State/Province required renewals and licensing. You will be responsible for many daily and monthly accounting tasks, including final review of accounts

- Solicit and maintain communication with General contractors, third party contractors as well as product vendors. - Submit 100% of bids on time and on budget.

Position requires a degree in Occupational Therapy, certification from NBCOT, State License for the state in which services are being provided and CPR.
