Job Description :

Description: The primary job responsibility of this position is to ensure the accuracy of prices and profitability. This position will be responsible to ensure all business procedures are within the departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This position will facilitate and communicate with all departments to ensure accurate ad preparation and merchandise planning. This position will oversee all pricing requests are within Gross Profit guidelines.

  • Coordinates consistent communication with the VP of Operations and Store Directors to execute timely ad planning in all departments. Facilitator of communication between departments on ad changes and corrections. In addition, facilitates accurate Ad Match sales reporting and ensures all departments are following the Ad Match SOP.
  • Executes TPR pricing requests and signage requests ensuring all departments are following Gross Profit guidelines.
  • Obtain landed costs of all Ad items and calculates accurate movements for weekly sales report.
  • Cross-trained within department to receive product into the store, ensuring that all items are being received at the agreed upon landed deal cost and/or receiving with all of the available allowances. To include, the analysis of the deal/allowance sheets presented by the Vendor, ensuring the entry process of allowances are accurate to achieve the profitability guidelines.
  • Coordinates aisle management by ensuring all items are appropriately signed and prices are verified to accurately be ringing up at the POS.
  • Ensures pricing accuracy by facilitating updates for shelf tags and signage.
  • Defines new business procedures and enhances current processes to make most of efficiencies within all departments.
  • Manager IT processes and infrastructure.

  • College degree with an emphasis in IT, Business, or Finance preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, adaptability, flexibility, and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to follow up on tasks
