$110K - $140K + Bonus

Our family-owned client is in growth mode and seeks a Director of Accounting and Finance to lead:

• Company financial strategy
• An existing accounting and finance team
• Owner communications and reporting
• Debt / capital strategy and financial efforts
• Banking and insurance relationships
• Financial reporting
• Accounting and product profitability analysis
• Audit coordination
• Acquisition financial strategy and integration
• Management of various financial projects

Our client is seeking a driven and strategic accounting and finance leader to help guide the company into the future. The job isn’t just getting the numbers in the right buckets – this person will be seen as a strategic partner and will be a key member of the leadership team. This is NOT a remote role; as the entire leadership team is located on-site and is active in the local community. Our client is extremely entrepreneurial, embraces family – has Midwestern values and seeks a Director of Accounting and Finance that fits this culture.

The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting and finance skills (likely a CPA), capital management experience and M&A experience, proven record of success, and demonstrable financial leadership skills. This person will need to have overall financial vision of the future of the company as well as being okay rolling up their sleeves and diving into details.
