Must meet the Federal DOT eligibility requirements, including appropriate driver's license and medical certification. High School Diploma or Equivalent.

We are looking for a mid-level provider for a long-term, full time position. Standard benefits and salary based on experience, with productivity incentives.

Primary job duties will include processing orders, answering phones, light cleaning, and various office duties. High school or equivalent (Required).

All of our patients see ARNP's with advanced credentials and see and prescribe for patients under their own licensing. Medical License for Texas (Required).
