E-Commerce Order Specialist – to support the e-commerce orders from our online retail partners, updating inventory data, and resolve, related issues to ensure customers get what they want, when they want it, and properly packaged to minimize charge-backs.

Most of the orders will be from our partners’ portals, such as Amazon’s Vendor Central and will come in continually throughout the day. To be successful you will need to understand each system and how it interacts with our ERP system, inventory system, shipping process, and learn our products.

This will require a problem-solving attitude, analytical, computer and data skills, strong communication skills, and the confidence to work with little daily supervision. The successful candidate will need to develop a strong working relationship with multiple departments including IT, Sales, Operations, Distribution, and any other stakeholders.

Objectives:

• Be an ambassador for Certor Sports brands, embrace a commitment to customer service and promote brand loyalty as you work with our customers.
• Download e-commerce orders daily from our partner’s systems into our ERP system and resolve any issues that arise.
• Ensure all orders are tracked and meet all deadlines to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction and when needed work directly with Interface team for setup of secure file transfers and maintenance of EDI interface jobs.
• Collaborate with all source and electronic data and assist to process all cycle data and monitor everyday production transmissions and assist in electronic data transfer within required timeframe.
• Work internally with our sales, production, and distribution teams as well as the clients to resolve any issues.
• Learn and retain a deep knowledge of Certor brands and products.
• Update inventory daily to ensure accurate product availability.
• Suggest and participate in process improvements to successfully support our customer needs and expectations.

Expectations and Requirements:

• Associate degree in business or related field, plus two years of success working with e-tailers and possess an understanding of the data flow process. Experience with Amazon’s Vendor Central system is a plus.
• High degree of proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Internet applications
• EDI and UPC catalog knowledge preferred
• Excellent organizational interpersonal and problem-solving skills, plus strong, professional, and effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to foster a positive and motivating work environment, encourage feedback, and innovation.
• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlines.
• Ability to adapt well to change in direction and priority in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
• Proven history or ability to demonstrate safe / responsible behavior, and a positive performance record (including attendance).
