Job Title: Executive Assistant for Men's Self-Development Company

I am seeking a disciplined, ambitious, and self-motivated Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a men’s self-development company. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with a start-up designed to help men become the best version of themselves.

Summary:

  • Language: English
  • Type of Work: Working in person with the CEO of the company assisting with daily tasks
  • Firm size: small (15 employees)
  • Location: San Diego (92109)
  • Working hours: Part Time. Approximately (20-25 hours per week)
  • Starting salary: $20 USD (Negotiable)
  • Important: should possess a high level of attention to detail, focus, creativity, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the CEO and correspond with clients and partners.
  • Assist with the creative social media content and other creative for the company.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communication, including email, phone calls, and slack.
  • Support the facilitation of filming content.
  • Assist with project management and research as needed
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, communication, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in an executive assistant or similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Trello, Slack, Premiere Pro, Excel and other related software
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the self-development industry, particularly as it relates to men's issues
  • Experience working with remote teams or as a remote worker
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software
