OUR SALES ROLE:
Our Executive Sales Consultant position is one of the most unique, enriching, and rewarding roles that you’ll find. Most of our leads are already warm; coming in through phone calls, gallery walk-ins, and inquiries. In addition, Consultants are able to source out other B2B connections. This role includes a combination of in-home consultations and time spent in our Waukesha and Menomonee Falls galleries.
With the incredibly high value that we place on customer experience, our three-tier compensation plan allows for our team member to receive training that will set them up for success. In the first stage you’ll receive a full base pay, the second stage transitions into a partial base pay plus commission, and the final stage is a transition to uncapped commission.
WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS ROLE:
For this role a high school diploma is required. We would prefer that our candidates have at least 1 year of B2B or B2C sales experience. Most importantly, we need individuals that are hungry, driven, and ready to help us fulfill our mission, vision, values, and purpose.
