SCHEDULE: Must be able to work weekends, nights, holidays, and overtime may be required during busy seasons

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma; or equivalent and at least one year of facilities maintenance or mechanic experience.

  • Ability to problem solve generating positive impacts
  • Awareness and ambassador of safety and cultivating an inclusive team culture

WHAT YOU WILL DO: The Facilities Team Member is responsible for maintaining the building and equipment functionality to include but not limited to audio/visual, pinsetters, arcade games, kitchen and bar equipment, plumbing and electrical, HVAC, landscaping, and more. All while having the highest regard for safety and cleanliness.

  • Prioritize tasks and projects assigned to maximize timeliness of completion and safety.
  • Perform facility related repairs and maintenance including but not limited to bowling, arcade & restaurant equipment.
  • Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report those and any unusual situations to the Facility Manager.
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks as assigned for the optimal operation of our buildings.
  • Operation of power and manual tools.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations.
  • Performs all shift duties as required by Facilities Manager.
  • Ensures satisfactory maintenance, appearance, and condition of assigned facilities to comply with security, safety, and environmental codes and ordinances.
  • Professionally interact with vendors, guests, and staff members.
  • Assist with opening and/or closing our center.
  • Required to follow all safety procedures and practices and follow PPE protections to ensure personal and guest safety from potential hazards.
  • Required to help maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary environment. Will remove garbage and recycle when needed, will participate in cleaning duties such as sweeping, wiping down equipment and furniture, mopping, replenishing sanitary items and more to include maintaining cleanliness of outdoor property.

  • Additional duties and responsibilities to be performed when directed by the Facility Manager.
