This position is located in Kenvil, NJ and requires the candidate to be within 45-minutes of the site location. 60-100% travel will be required.

Field supervisor required for oversight and support of plant operations for the next 6 years located in Kenvil, NJ. The candidate should be within 45minutes of the project site. This position is located in Kenvil, NJ for 4 to 5 months and the remaining time will be traveling throughout the contingent of the United States.

Clean Harbors’ National Remediation team in Kenvil, NJ is currently seeking Field Service Supervisor to Supervise as well as being capable to operate a variety of equipment, such as, backhoes, bulldozers, loader, screeners, excavators as well as other equipment. Candidates must also be willing and able to perform manual labor as required. Working primarily in the Kenvil, NJ are for 4 to 5 months and the remaining time travelling throughout the contingent of the United States, candidates travelling would be working away from home for six (6) weeks, then home for one (1).

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
  • Operates one of the following pieces of equipment: front end loader, excavator, bulldozer, track hoe, compactor, water truck, sweepers, screeners, etc…
  • Completes daily checklist as required for proper operation of the unit being operated.
  • Completes and submits all associated paperwork as required for waste tracking movements.
  • Ensures that work meets all applicable Health and Safety Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Performs manual labor as required.
  • Minimum of 5-years of experience.
  • Performs other duties and tasks from time to time.
  • Ability to wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Qualifications

What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required.
  • CDL license is a plus!
  • Previous heavy equipment experience required.
  • Previous construction experience (Earthwork) preferred.
  • Ability to travel overnight for 6 weeks at a time.
