We are seeking an Essentials Financial Analyst in our Denver, Colorado office as part of the Global Essentials Team to support the Finance function. For this role, we are looking for a self-starter who is dynamic, has the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and thinks critically. This position will report to the Essentials Finance Director and will have the opportunity to assist in various financial reporting and KPIs, invoice billing, perform reconciliations, help with process improvement and additional ad-hoc reporting as business grows. This is a challenging and versatile position that gives the right candidate the opportunity to gain exposure to a large number of departments, multiple areas within finance and advance their own knowledge and skills.

What's needed in order to do that:

• Assist in standing up new reporting and automation around deal margins, vendor reporting, billing reconciliation and models to track forecast assumptions
• Move the group forward on data transformation initiatives where applicable
• Run monthly customer billing, identify process improvements and be involved in implementation of new solutions
• Assist in quarterly sales incentives process by reconciling sales, coordinating review with sales team and field managers and working with payroll to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain tools for visibility into certain KPIs and metrics
• Support the month-end close process including reviewing actuals from accounting, analytics and preparing monthly reporting package.
• Provide monthly regional reporting and support regional teams with any additional request
• Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, IT and other supporting functions to coordinating activities associated with processing of current products or new product offerings

• 1-3 years related work experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• Advanced Excel skills, proficiency with entire MS Office Suite
• Experience with Sigma, Tableau and Salesforce is a plus
• Excellent customer interaction and communication skills, and keen ability to follow-through with a sense of urgency
• Positive, proactive work ethic and approach
• Demonstrated abilities to prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines in an efficient, detailed and accurate manner
• Ability to demonstrate tact, discretion, confidentiality and good judgment in handling sensitive and confidential matters and documentation
  
  Hiring Salary Range of: $70,000-$95,000. Salary to be determined by the candidate's location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. This role is also eligible for Prologis' commission plan.
