What would you do? The Financial Analyst completes operational, revenue, & expense analyses for all assigned companies and coordinates with each company leader in a manner which enables each department to operate profitably. This position develops, analyzes, and implements financial models for financial planning & control. They are responsible for nurturing and cultivating a positive culture and work environment that aligns with the mission and values of the organization. They establish and maintain the data processing capabilities to accomplish the company’s objectives.
What will you be responsible for?
Completes Quarterly budget & forecasts for assigned companies.- Analyze financial statements to compile, model, validate and analyze data to understand trends.
- Analyzing variances, trends and provides decision support for internal customers.
- Creating KPI’s, metrics, and reporting for senior management.
- Develop, interpret, and implement financial models for planning and control.
- Analyze and report on financial performance of projects & plans.
- Analyze root cause and initial steps toward resolution on complex accounts when all efforts are exhausted.
- Do ROI analysis on starting/acquiring businesses and capital expenditures.
- Financial Analysis: Applies principles of finance to analyze and prepare financial operations/statements,
- Data Analysis - Maintains accurate records in database, generates reports and analyze/present data.
- Make recommendations from analysis in how to enhance revenues, gross profit, and operational efficiency.
Do you have the necessary education & experience?
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, computer science, or business management with a technical focus or equivalent experience in software engineering, business, or information systems.
- 5 years’ experience in financial and operations analysis required.
- 3-5 years of accounting experience in the automotive field preferred.
What are the work hours? Regular work hours are M-F 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

- Base compensation, Salary/Exempt: $75k-$110k annually.
