At Orangetheory Fitness, our Fitness Coaches / Assistant Studio Manager' s work with more than 50 members every day by coaching classes in an energetic and motivating environment, and leading studio successes through fitness consultations and providing a welcoming and goal driven environment. We offer our Fitness Coaches a consistent schedule, great income with full benefits and career growth opportunities.

What we offer our full-time Fitness Professionals:

• Coaches are in the studio about 35 hours per week with great income and full benefits.
• They have a consistent schedule.
• We offer a consistent income without the worry of client no shows or last minute cancellations.
• New studios are opening all over the metro area and we love to promote from within for leadership positions.
• This is a fun, high-energy, health-orientated team and a great place to build a fitness career

Qualifications:

• Fitness Certification: Personal or Group Training; ACE, NASM, NSCA, AFAA & ACSM
• CPR and AED Certified.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• A big smile and a great attitude.
• Sincere in your communication, team player, care about others.
• Growth-minded and open to learning.
• Attention to detail; follow proven systems and policies.

Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000/year for a full-time position
