Education/Experience Requirements:

• 1+ years hospice/home health marketing experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

In a Nutshell the Hospice Marketer's Essential Duties Are:

• Understand and abide by state/federal/Medicare/CHAP hospice regulations, HIPAA/PHI regulations, Office of Civil Rights, and Company policy and procedures.
• Formulate and coordinate wide-reaching educational opportunities in the community for general educational programs; joint educational programs with hospitals, ALFs, SNFs and other affiliated institutions; physicians and their staff, faith- based communities, businesses, and social organizations of major strategic significance.
• Maintain knowledge and understand competition and trends in healthcare, hospice and palliative care in the Boise market.
• Hit monthly marketing goals.
• Represent Complete Hospice & Palliative Care in a kind, professional and knowledgeable manner at all times!
• Drive, drive, drive! We service all of the Central Phoenix!
