JOB OVERVIEW - DISHWASHER:Apply your passion for food and your attention to detail to create memorable guest experiences! As a Dishwasher, your role is to ensure our guests enjoy a quality dining experience that will allow them to be productive and stay strong when they are away from home. Your ability to deliver a consistent and extraordinary food product will support our mission to build guest loyalty.A TYPICAL DAY:Wash and store all dishes and utensils in a prompt and organized manner.
Assist cook, bus person, and servers when needed.
Assist with quality, cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and kitchen.
Assist with inventory and receiving of all food and beverage items.
Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen area.
Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.
REQUIREMENTS:To be successful in this role, you need strong verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to read, write, type and use basic technology. This job requires you to stand and move around for an entire shift and you also must be able to lift at least 25 pounds. You must be able to obtain a Food Handler’s Permit.
