Summary/Objective

The human resource generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works effectively within a global matrix organization, including the FB Regional Managing Director, Regional HRBP and FB Global VP Human Resources.

Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, students and temporary employees; conducts new-employee orientations; monitors career-pathing program; and writes and places advertisements.

Design and develop on-boarding and soft skill training to create successful placement of new hires in their respective role(s).

Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all organization personnel; assists in the implementation of personnel policies and procedures.

Administers and maintains the compensation program(s).

Supports and monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.

Coordinates and assists employees with benefit administration during open enrollment, including partnering employees with Centers of Excellence for all benefit related questions.

Assists in the deployment of skills and competency matrix assessments across the regional organization.

Coordinates, and may at times lead the instruction of, various continuous development programs as identified by the leadership team.

Designs an FB-NAM leadership talent development program.

Maintains succession planning documentation.

Provide meaningful partnership experiences. Support management teams to drive engagement, address and support day to day issues related to employee relations, performance management, and development opportunities.

Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars as required or deemed necessary by HRBP.

Alignment and execution of core HR processes already developed in addition to creation of new process to fit the demands of the growing business.

Deliver better, quicker results through the expertise, resources and connections of your network. Work collaboratively with Centers of Excellence to optimize the effectiveness of the business.

Anticipate and respond to changing business needs. Influence lasting change in assigned businesses by serving as a change advocate on companywide strategies.

Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.

Maintains human resource information system records and employee files.

Handles employee relations counseling and exit interviewing.

Associates degree in business, HR related field

3-5+ years progressive HR experience

Experience working in a matrix organization is preferred.

Proven ability to influence and partner with leadership and individual contributor levels of the organization to achieve results

Strong HR and business acumen, including problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative

Must have the ability to diagnose a problem and identify and drive appropriate solutions

Flexibility to travel as needed – < 5%

Experience working within a Global organization is a plus.

Proficiency working in MS Office Suite.
