We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to support full-cycle HR and Staff Development, including learning & education. This position reports directly to the Executive Director and works with the fantastic leadership team at St. Benedict's.

The HR Manager develops, plans, and implements HR strategies, objectives and plans for the community. This position is accountable for the general day to day operations of human resources, payroll, and benefits inc ompliance with federal and state laws and regulations and effectively interacts with community leadership and staff while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in community mangement team, developing and implementing strategic goals of the organization.
- Ensure staffing needs are met by following hiring processes, developing retention strategies, using the Applicant Tracking System and behavior-based interveiwing.
- Schedule and facilitate new associate welcome, including paperwork.
- Administer FMLA, LOA, accommodations and other requests.
- Support supervisors with the performance management process, including performance reviews, employee relations, investigations, and associate concerns.
- Serve as first point of contact for associate-related questions for HR, payroll, and benefits.
- Ensure HRIS data integrity and compliance with federal and state requirements and regulations.
- Maintain associate records, and comply with applicable standards of behavior and conduct.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or associates degree and applicable experience.
- Knowledge of HR systems and process, labor laws, and healthcare preferred.
This position is Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm. There are no regular travel requirements for the position, and it is at the physical location of the community; no remote work.
