Join our team as a Residential Installer + Service Tech!

QUALIFICATIONS

Thorough training in mechanical installation, either via schooling or on the job experience

Experience With:

• Residential HVAC new construction, retrofit, and equipment change-outs (turn-key projects)
• Gather detailed material lists for jobs: ductwork, CFM calculations, metal-fab detail, etc.
• Experience with Commercial and multi-family buildings highly desirable
• Working on all types of Furnaces and Air Conditioners
• VRF, Heat Recovery Units
• Ductless, RTU units
• Variable refrigerant flow unit
• Must have the ability to troubleshoot both low and high voltage wiring
• Experience with Residential Solar Panel installs is highly desirable

Additional Qualifications:

• Refrigerant/EPA license
• Tech Savvy, example: ability to use company provided IPAD
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems a bonus
• LEB or LME License preferred, but not required
• Ability to read both commercial and residential schematics related to HVAC
• Must be a self-starter and possess the ability to work independently
• Strong mechanical skills
• Possess basic computer skills
• Possess strong Business Acumen
• Entrepreneurial spirit and mind-set

Compensation & Benefits:

• Up to $100,000.00 per year
• $25-40/hour based on experience + Sales Commission + Spiffs
• Compensation will be based on overall knowledge of mechanical systems, however we offer highly competitive wages
