Position Title: IT Administrator

United Financial Group Inc, an established Wisconsin based multi-family developer and operator is seeking a results-oriented IT administrator to manage our company's computer and software infrastructure. You will be upgrading and installing hardware and software, performing troubleshooting to resolve technology related issues, and maintaining our networks, servers, our Microsoft 365 and Panasonic VOIP phone systems as well as our cloud-based applications.

To ensure success in this role, you should possess extensive experience in IT administration and have the ability to optimize the performance of our IT infrastructure which spans across multiple remote locations.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, hardware and VOIP phone system.

  • Maintain entirety of the organizations computer infrastructure while assessing and Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
  • Manage users / new user setup and deactivation across all software systems and perform access control with extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite of products and Azure.
  • Test, troubleshoot, and use diagnostic tools to resolve application problems while working with end users remotely where necessary.
  • Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems / Complete software updates as necessary
  • Renew licenses and other software requirements as necessary – Monitor IT related ongoing contracts with external suppliers.
  • Maintain Internal Intranet
  • Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data while developing data retrieval and recovery procedures.
  • Designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems to develop and enhance business applications – inclusive of digital workflow processes.
  • Partner with external providers to communicate project status and activities.
  • Research, procure, Inventory, and update new IT assets as specified by management.
  • Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
  • Maintain and provide updates to Company website.
  • Convert and compile reporting formats to HTML, PDF, or other formats where necessary

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar.
  • Applicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco certification Preferred.
  • At least two years' experience in a similar role.
  • Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies with solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
  • Experience serving in the multi-family industry or direct Yardi Voyager software experience a plus.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
