A full-time Support Technician position is available for Adelphoi's Information Technology department. This position is responsible for the maintenance of all end-user equipment and applications.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and document all end-user equipment and applications
  • Research and respond to service desk requests by providing customer-focused support
  • Resolve Level 2 technical issues
  • Travel to locations throughout PA

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field.
