Job Description :

Provides IT support & troubleshooting for all sites. Assists EGHC staff with computer issues. Adheres to and supports the patient centered medical home concept.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Works with Technology Manager in troubleshooting computer issues for all EGHC Sites. 2. Performs light duty maintenance and entry level IT duties. 3. Assists with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of computers, iOS devices, VOIP systems, and company software. 4. Installs and configures computer hardware operating systems and applications. 5. Monitors and maintains computer systems and networks. 6. Talks staff through a series of actions, either face to face of over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues. 7. Troubleshoots system and network problems; diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults. 8. Replaces parts as required. 9. Provides support including procedural documentation and relevant reports. 10. Follows diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system. 11. Supports the roll-out of new applications. 12. Prioritizes and manages many open cases at one time 13. Establishes a good working relationship with coworkers and other professionals. 14. Tests and evaluates new technology 15. Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions. 16. Works continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate). 17. Accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal contacts. 18. Takes initiative and action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding customer service needs in a timely manner. 19. Performs other job related duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to sit, walk, stand; to use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, equipment or controls, talk and hear. Frequently is required to reach with hands and arms, stop, kneel and bend. Physical ability to lift, twist, bend, push, pull; lift 10 pounds frequently and occasionally move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and peripheral vision. Requires travel between EGHC sites.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be proficient in supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11. AAS degree or at least 1 year work experience and knowledge of standard computer skills. Must be well organized and detail oriented. Self - Motivator, independent, cooperative, flexible and creative. Must be organized and have the ability to manage multiple projects at same time. Needs basic understanding of Server OS, Active Directory, Office 365, DFS & Print Servers. Must have a general understanding and knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP. EDUCATION Associates Degree in Information Technology or equivalent required A+ Certification (Preferred) Microsoft 365 Certifications (Preferred)
