Lead Developer

National Travel Service is seeking a Lead Developer to develop, maintain, and manage its software and web development including website design, custom applications, mobile development, and database management. This position shall work with National Travels MIS department to facilitate prompt and accurate reporting and other information necessary to service its clients. This position must be able to pass extensive background checks and obtain proper security clearances.

We are looking for an individual with experience with C#, VB, .Net, JavaScript, React JS, Angular, Git/Github, AWS, SQL Server and SQL Queries, and SSR.

Knowledge of Wordpress, PostgresSQL, Heroku, Ionic, Linux environments, and/or WAR files is a plus.

Note: This position may be fulfilled as a full-time employee or contract (project-oriented)

Specific Duties (but not limited to)

Reports to the Director of Information Technology and may have direct meetings with CEO and Vice President of Operations

Manages, maintains, and/or develops current and future software projects, databases, mobile applications, and all web-based applications including but not limited to National Travel’s website.

Assists with Client reporting and database administration and management.

Must maintain a daily/weekly project log with timetables and completion dates.

Must properly document all deliverables.
