Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN )

Tucson and Surrounding Areas

  • $1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS for full-time
  • Weekend Warriors Needed (Fri, Sat, Sun shifts) - UP TO 40 hours per week

Qualifications

  • Arizona State (or compact) Nursing License;
  • Valid Arizona Class D Driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation;
  • Current CPR Certification (No-On line CPR is accepted);
  • TB skin clearance within 12 months or Chest x-Ray;
  • Level one fingerprint clearance issued by the Department of Public Health;
  • Article 9 Certification within the last 3 years. (Can train in office)

Spanish Speaking is a plus!
